As part of our ongoing commitment to improving voice services, Mountain West's vendors will be upgrading the switching and routing infrastructure in our voice services during an upcoming maintenance window.
To ensure a smooth upgrade and minimize disruption, customers on a limited amount of voice equipment will temporarily respond with a SIP 503 message to all INVITE and Registration requests. This action will gracefully allow traffic to reroute through redundant paths.
Additionally our voice portal at voice.mwtn.net will be unavailable during this maintenance.
