    Summary of Work:

    During this time, Mountain West will be upgrading software on our edge routers to ensure service reliability and resiliency. Mountain West has 3 redundant edge routers which will be upgraded independently. Traffic will be transitioned before upgrading, but there will be short impacts to network connectivity during this time.

    If you utilize us to announce your owned public network, peering or BGP - this will impact you for a longer duration as the upgrade is completed and tested.

    Expected Down Time:

    Network Connectivity: <30 minutes

    BGP Announcements: ~2 hours
