We are continuing to bring customer's inlet and room temperatures down. We have identified a severe electrical issue which is affecting 2 of our 4 cooling units. Mountain West and multiple 3rd parties are currently working on a resolution for this issue.

Our provider has provided an update that a large amount of fiber was cut during road construction. As of 8:11PM MST there is a repair team onsite working on recovery efforts. This will likely be a overnight / multi-day effort. We will provide an update when we receive one..

During this time, our power services contractor and members of our Colocation Engineering team will be replacing batteries in UPS 1. The load on UPS 1 will be transferred to the Static Transfer Switch, and applied to UPS 2.
Only Source 1 power will be affected, with minimal risk to each source at a time.
Our team will be monitoring systems closely while this maintenance is being completed.
We do not anticipate any customer impact during this time..
