    We've been able to resolve the alarm, and are currently testing and monitoring the alarmed equipment. Currently services are no long at risk. We'll update this is back to normal operation.

    We are currently investigating a power issue of our backup systems, due to the device in a alarmed state, we are considering services at risk due to the possible effects of prolonged commercial power outage. Our Datacenter Engineering team and 3rd parties are currently on-site and will provide updates as they are available.
