During this time, we will be upgrading and installing equipment to allow more bandwidth between Casper and Cheyenne. This upgrade may also affect services in Cheyenne for customer's on 1 tower site, north-east of Cheyenne.
During this time, customer's may see increased latency to some sites, or short time-outs while our redundant links take this traffic. This may last 2 hours.
