    Severe weather continues to create unsafe conditions, limiting our outside plant team’s ability to complete all necessary restoration work. We sincerely apologize for the continued delay and understand how disruptive this has been. We are closely monitoring the situation and have updated the estimated time of restoration to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23. We will continue to share updates here as weather conditions, progress, or timelines change.

    Teams are continuing to work on restoration of the damaged equipment, but due to extreme weather impacts (the wind) this is making some tasks challenging. To ensure the safety of our team members, we are updating our estimated restoration time to 9:00PM Friday, December 19th.
